The tracks of your life is what builds your resilience. One track I laid out for my life is ABUNDANT LOVE, as corny as it sounds.. but it had me thinking... the way you lay down your love track is the way you receive in abundance or scarcity.

Some don’t lay out anything, some give incompletely due to ego, some want others to do it for them, some make an intention because they can see the divine connection they can have for someone... it can be a friend, a stranger, a lover, a family member. They understand divine law of what they reap, they will sow.

I decided to try out the “one of a kind” luxe mani kit, and I filed down the nails to my liking 😍.

My nails are still in tact, and I’ve had it on for almost a week now! I’m loving the sturdiness, and the small glue I can carry around, just in case of an accident!

I’m honoring my ancestors who may not have made the “history books.”Within the book of my heart and soul, they are the reason why I’m still here taking up space!!! And that trauma of being “hidden” or “less than” was once a real thing in my life. My body can even retrigger itself into that mode in certain situations. And what I do with that is realign myself into my highest inner muse and feminine power. I allow this love to refuel me to confront it and watch it dissolve. As a creative art therapist I know this well... it’s only the body responding to trauma as if it’s happening again when it really isn’t. (FEAR=false evidence appearing real)

I keep pushing towards my highest calling in all areas of my life. I let it unfold. For me to be here I am blessed and happy. We are resilient, passionate, bold, & beautiful.

I am very excited to do my own due diligence and research more about my culture. One way of doing this is hosting #fashionfriday with #blackfashiondesigners for the entire month of February!!!! (Holla if you are one!)

I’m def. no pro with this, but I’ve been trying to play more with my arms and body in photos a bit more, especially ones that are close up. This is what i tried and I invite you to share your wisdom gems 💎 💎💎 for posting with hands below !!

1. One hand on chest and use variations by lifting or lowering your elbows.

2. Bollywood hand movements. I play with the middle finger and circle it around and try to make it a dance move as I slowly raise the arm.

3. Lean my head on one side.

4. Closing my eyes to feel as if I’m in a dream

Adrianna is my muse highlight because she is a business owner, putting in her creative juices into T-Shirts. She is a physical therapist assistant (Loma Linda Graduate ) traveling to houses in Malibu and other places helping others in rehabilitation by day, AND AN ARTIST BY NIGHT ! She also creates custom order shirts for Mommy and me, Daddy and me, sisters, brothers, bridesmaids, etc. SHE CAN MANIFEST THAT SHIT!

BEHIND THE SCENES REFLECTION

This is me after shooting and video taping clips 1 in the morning before I go into work for a 9 hour day. I am tired and laughing, thinking “So much work goes into this, and I wish I had more time to do it and to do it with someone vs. alone.” Regardless I am thankful to play. No matter what time it is, it is all working for my good.

Creating visual content is a such a process.... it’s easy when you ENJOY it....😊😉😆

If we are to say “It’s long and hard and no one understands what efforts I put into this..” then guess what?

It got hard and NO ONE UNDERSTANDS YOU!! Law of attraction works in ways you may not want it to... so change to the vibe you want to create in. (Wisdom 💎)

I have taken many breaks in creating for fashion... solely on this concept....but a few days ago I got inspired by dreaming and experiencing the feeling... the exhilarating joy of dressing up and taking shots... and configuring how to light it up in the Lightroom app, and then make a reel and find music... putting all together and editing it in a feminine flow made it feel easy and not long and hard.

I no longer worry if someone chooses to “not get it.” It wasn’t the audience I was creating for then. And that is ✅ wonderful and so powerful because I placed an intention out there.

I desire connection with others who love to play, feel freedom, have deep contemplation, and rest in joy... someone who loves to create and inspire in their own ways without needing to bash down, judge, compare, and think low minded.

Like attracts like.
